Κατάγομαι από το Αίγιο του Νομού Αχαΐας ! Σπούδασα στο Πολυτεχνείο Κρήτης, στο Tμήμα Ηλεκτρονικών Υπολογιστών και Μηχανικών Υπολογιστή καθώς και στο ΟΤΕΚ ΙΕΚ Ηρακλείου, στο τμήμα Ειδικής Μαγειρικής Τέχνης. Τα πρώτα μου βήματα σαν ασκούμενη μάγειρας τα έκανα στο εστιατόριο του "Pegasus Rhodos" και στο εστιατόριο του "Peninsula Elounda" ! Συνέχισα σαν μάγειρας στο εστιατόριο "Έπρεπε" του Αιγίου, αλλά και στο Παιδικό Εργαστήριο Μαγειρικής σε συνεργασία με την ΔΗ.ΚΕ.ΠΑ Αιγίου. Υπό την εκπαίδευση του Chef Γιάννη Μπαξεβάνη συνέχισα να ασχολούμαι με τον τομέα της μαγειρικής στο εστιατόριο "Ferryman" που βρίσκεται στην Ελούντα, στο εστιατόριο "6 Κλειδιά" , και στο "Princess Kyniska Suite" ενώ την ίδια περίοδο συνεργάστηκα με το εστιατόριο "L'auberge De Lill" που βρίσκεται στην Γαλλία και έχει βραβευθεί με 3 αστέρια Michelin ! Δημιούργησα το Παιδικό εργαστήριο ''Λιλιπούτειοι Μάγειρες'' και ανέλαβα το "Relax Ios Suite" σαν Chef στο τομέα της Ελληνικής δημιουργικής κουζίνας, ενώ κατείχα θέση εκπαιδευτικού μάγειρα στο MBS MY Business School που βρίσκεται στο Ρέθυμνο καθώς και στο Δ.ΙΕΚ Ιεράπετρας ! Επίσης είμαι μέλος του Δ.Σ της Λέσχης Αρχιμαγείρων Κρήτης. Από το 2015 μέχρι το 2020 ήμουν η headchef στο εστιατόριο Pelagos Sea Side και στο Coriva Village Hotel. I come from Aigio of Achaia Prefecture! I studied at the Technical University of Crete in the Department of Computer and Computer Engineering, and at ''OTEK IEK'' of Heraklion (Crete) in the Department of Special Art Cooking. I did my first steps as a trainee chef at "Pegasus Rhodos" and at the "Peninsula Elounda" restaurants ! I continued as a cook in "Eprepe" restaurant in Aegio , but also at the Children's Cooking Workshop in collaboration with DI.KE.PA Aigio. Under the training of Chef John Baxevanis I continued to deal with the culinary industry at the Ferryman restaurant located in Elounda, with the "6 Keys" restaurant, and with the "Princess Kyniska Suite" ! The same time I worked with the "L' restaurant 'auberge De Lill', located in France, which has been awarded with 3 Michelin Stars ! I had the pleasure to create the Children's workshop 'Lilliputian Cooks'' and collaborate with "Relax Ios Suite" as Chef in the Greek creative kitchen section, while I was hosting an educational cook position in ''MBS MY Business School'' located in Rethymno ! Also I teached in a private school (I.IEK) in Ierapetra ! I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Chef's Club in Crete and the head chef at Pelagos Sea Side restaurant and Coriva Village Hotel until 2020 !
